Maps, Navigation, Adventure – Scout members invited to go orienteering in Sussex

Local Orienteering Club Southdowns Orienteers are reaching out to Sussex Scout Groups to invite members to have a go at Orienteering (suitable for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Leaders).

They have created a new web page showing how they can help with engaging children in navigation and maps or attaining the following badges:

  • Navigator Stage 1 to 5
  • Scout Orienteer Badge
  • Chief Scout Awards – Skill or Physical
  • Duke of Edinburgh – Skill or Physical
